He is so professional and so nice and accommodating. I can tell he goes the extra mile for my satisfaction. He always explains everything and makes us feel confident our system is working great. We needed service because of a leak on our water treatment system. Culligan sent a service technician to my house the very next day. He was great. He answered all my questions. Also, I couldn’t be happier with my filtration system, it’s the only water I’ll drink. My grandchildren love it too and call it “grandma’s gourmet water”.
