I don't always receive delivery/packing slips that I need to match up to my invoice for accounting purposes. Twice, when I asked for past delivery/packing slips, I have received a log of your other customers deliveries with personal, vital, private information (such as your customers full names, addresses and telephone numbers; most alarming, the time of day when someone is home; or notes such as leave in back door, which means the door is unlocked and open). This is so alarming that I would have received this document from anyone in your office--twice for that matter. Don't they have any sense to know that it's improper to share the information that your customers have entrusted to you with others? Also, I have emailed and called regarding this and no one seems to take this seriously. I am not clicking the box below stating it's ok to publicly share my name as the last thing you would want to publicize is this huge flaw in your business systems. It defies logic--especially when I left so many messages I had to revert to contacting you via Facebook, politely stating to contact me in private. For the safety of your customers, please fix this huge flaw.
Your products are very excellent, our unit serves our clean H2o needs daily. It is one of our greatest investments during 2018. The service is just as great as the product. The rep that came to our condo performed very excellently for what he had to do when he replaced the tank. He was very honest and respectful.
