Recent service from Culligan is like good old fashioned customer service which is rare today. The staff, servicemen and delivery men are all awesome. They are professional and courteous while also being friendly and personable. They are responsive to questions and needs and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Mike Jarvis did a great job as usual. The delivery person who came November 26th. When I got the reminder call for the 26th I told them I had the appt on Dec 5th and asked if this would be a replacement for Dec 5th and would theybe replacing the drinking water filter and was told yes. Thus was not the case. So I think there could be better communication from the office staff.
