A tale of two cities! Mike Jarvis has been servicing our home for many years now - he is the best! Smart, personable and a pleasure to see for service once per year - always takes care of us! However- the person that answers the phone to book appointments or billing issues is another story. Rude and not helpful. I would think being in the Customer Service realm that Culligan would have a better option in that company job! If I were to recommend Culligan I would preface it by saying don't judge the company by the person who you speak with on the telephone!
