I am very impressed by the knowledge of Mike Jarvis (MJ). Not only does he know the system but he also remembers the history and people that lived in my house before me. It gives me confidence that what he is telling me and how he installs is correct and the work will be done right! He explained everything, installed what needed to be replaced and then cleaned the entire area before he was done. In addition to his work, he is a very nice person and trustworthy. Mike makes the process easy and again, gives you peace of mind about the service/replacement work. MJ and quality of his work is why I continue to keep Culligan as my service company.
