Culligan’s whole house water treatment system works well on our very hard, iron laden water. We have used this system for over 20 years. It has been serviced and maintained by Culligan’s service employees, most notably by expert Mike Jarvis whose attention to detail and knowledge of the operation of the products is unmatched. In addition we also have a reverse osmosis drinking water system which we very much enjoy. It provides superior drinking water making every other tap water taste inferior.

Christopher Harrop was our installer. He was time. He was very knowledgeable about what he was going to do. He answered any questions that we had. He explained step by step. He also told us what to expect and when to call for more sand. I would recommend Culligan to anyone that is having the same water situation that we have. Ty Christopher.

We find the product and services very convenient. For one we live so close to your facility. The appointments are easy and reliable to do. Mike was right on time for the service appointment. Was took his time and was very efficient in changing the filters, you can tell that he takes pride and joy in doing his job! He also explained a couple of details about how the filters work! Overall we are very satisfied!

Mike Jarvis efficiently changed the reverse osmosis filters and gave us a new remote since ours was malfunctioning. He pleasantly explained what he did and told me what a change the lights/beeping meant on the remote.

Mike, the service rep who came to replace our filters was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to answer all our questions and in quick order replaced our filters and added some pressure to our reserve tank. It was a pleasure interacting with him and ensuring our reverse osmosis unit worked perfectly.
