1. Existing Water quality is tested/determined prior to making any recommendation as to what product will improve the specifications of the water. 2. More than one product or system was offered along with honest benefits of each system including required maintenance and approx replacement costs along with what is provided by Culligan.. 3. We could purchase or rent the system based on our situation. 4. Installation was done by a knowledgeable, trained technician who answered our questions. 5. Sean returned a week after the installation to measure the wuality of our drinking water to ensure the installed system provided the expected quality.
