I bought a water softener system. I had issues and the guys that came out were not super helpful. I was disappointed but yesterday Zakk came out, he walked me through everything, told me he had to come back but was got manager approval to give me 20% off due to inconvenience. I did not have to ask he just did this and he cleaned up and let ms know they will come back asap.
He was not only about the service, he engaged with me, listened to me, responded and verified my issues. He set the example of customer care and simply kindness. I felt really good about Culligan after Zakk's attentiveness, before this I considered replacing system.
I want Zakk to come back to complete service and you should leverage him as an example of customer contact care. He's a great service and salesman.. I think I'll get service contract from him!
Top quality water filtration systems. Paul - their technician who helped us was knowledgeable and went above and beyond, doing some serious problem solving on why our RO system wasn’t working despite changing the filters. Very impressive for him to figure out the more complicated problem and fix it swiftly. Brie in customer support is also very responsive and effective in answering questions and setting up appointments in a very timely manner. She is also knowledgeable and had resolved issues with updates of our rare and more complicated whole house filtration system by inputting parts numbers/specs in the data base enabling the procurement of the correct replacement parts.
Service and installation departments have always been professional, respectful, & easy to work with. Janet is a joy to speak with.. she sets up appointments quickly and conveniently!
