Thomas ia a strong asset to your company. He always calls ahead of his arrival time, and, is very accurate about it. Delivery of portable exchange tanks is not easy work, and we appreciate his efforts. He is a great ambassador for Culligan and is one of the reasons we have been steady customers for 39 years!

I have been using Culligan since early 2000. Staff have always been knowledgeable and thorough. They are very patient if you have questions or don’t understand something. Zach came today to test all the equipment and my water. It was a pleasure to have him do the work. Also, he had a helper, Joe (I believe). Zack also turned off all the lights in the basement without me asking. Thank you. I have seen improvements with your communication systems. I received a phone call and email regarding upcoming appointments. It is a vast improvement over the old system.

Excellent system and service My delivery driver for the salt was Kari. He was very courteous and brought the salt into the basement . He also offered to check the tank but I had just filled it.
