The products are good. The service people in the field, like Zack today, are phenomenal! They know their products inside and out. They are quick, efficient and tidy! And they offer tips for the customer which is great! Culligan couldn’t have a better team of field service individuals .
Culligan has been very responsive and easy to do business with, unlike a top local competitor I've used in the past. I recently called with a delivery issue and spoke with Shacoiya Burke. She was extremely friendly and helpful, providing prompt support that quickly addressed the problem. She also followed-up by phone to confirm resolution. Excellent job by Shacoiya. Keep up the great work!
We have been using Culligan for many years. Except for no longer being able to get soda ash delivered, your company has done a great job making our water safe and drinkable. The yearly service with the changing of the carbon filter has kept the system working well.
A year ago, the nps score would’ve been much lower; but the team heard my frustrations (and it sounds like it was centered on an individual not the organization), and since then, every single individual has been excellent and Culligan has gone above and beyond in rectifying the situation. Zakk who came to service my softener was amazing - effective, efficient, and more than willing to be informative with my questions and curiosity about the functionality of the system and the available new products and services Culligan provides. 10/10 “no notes” on my experience with Culligan and Zakk himself in the last 6 months.
Zack was amazing! Punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. I did not feel my visit was rushed. He kept me well informed with everything he did and was friendly and efficient. We need more Zakks in this world!
Have not had issue with product(s) until a month ago. We have been with Culligan a long time.
You were not able to send anyone for about 4 weeks. This meant we couldn't drink our water, wash clothes etc. We spent money to facilitate our needs i.e. buy water and use laundromat. We could see the brown in the toilet, coffee pot etc.
We weren't satisfied with that response.
Your technician, Zakk, arrived on time and gave us a clear understanding of what happened.. He listened to our concerns and was quite knowledgeable. Overall a great response from Zakk.
We hope the company gets more technicians like Zakk to get its service response down to a reasonable length of time.

We sent her photos of what we had to replace. She got back to us very quickly with the information we asked for.
