I grew up with Culligan water softener system and my hair and skin always felt great. Culligan associates are always professional and friendly. Ruth Teske helped our family today (4/22/26). She was friendly and professional. She answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable on the systems and services that Culligan provides.

The technicians arrived on time, quickly analyzed water quality, replaced the drinking water filters and the main system filter and gave advice on the preferred way to fill the system softener. They answered any questions, quickly calculated the amount of softener we use each month and reset the backwash time. It was a very efficient annual visit.

I've had this system for only a couple of weeks and I am very happy with the difference it has made in the quality of the water. The metallic taste and chlorine strong smell are gone. Ruth, the sales person that came to my place was very professional, friendly and excellent at explaining all the aspects of the system and the contract. The installer was creative when facing the challenges of the job. There is no doubt that he is an expert on his field. He was also friendly and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to improve the quality of their water .
