The dispenser is quiet offer three temperatures. I have my tea fast and my ice cold glass in the afternoon. I have room temp water for my cats. The service I received was great. They explained everything patiently. The water has no after taste . Also no leaks everything works great together. The 5 g jugs are easy to handle. The piping is on quick disconnects that are secure
