My husband became a loyal customer of Culligan over thirty years ago when he purchased two water softeners: one for his residence and one for his parents' home. Now when the time came for us to replace one of the 35 year-old water softeners, it was our decision to remain loyal customers to Culligan because we appreciate the quality of the products, especially all the new features that have been developed over the years. It feels like we aren't receiving hardly any soft water. We just had this issue corrected due to a power outage. We are not to touch the unit. Do we call our Culligan Service? I just don't know. As long as we have had it, it's been great. There are a little too much hard water flow now and again and I wish we could correct that.
I appreciate not having to go to a store that sells the potassium crystals, find someone to lift and carry it to the check-out and to the car, and then find someone to get the crystals/pellets into my softener. Culligan has provided the answer to my needs. My daughter in Hollister suggested that I contact you, and it was great for my first time. I just hope it continues to be so successful. Thank You!!
Installation of my replacement water softener and filter was done on-time, professionally and on the scheduled day. We are enjoying crystal clear drinking water and have noticed cleaner dishes and glassware within a day or two.
