The gentleman that delivers our salt is just that, is just that a very nice gentleman. I am 83 and can’t handle heavy salt bags. This fine gentleman not only carries the heavy bags down my stairs but he pours the salt into Culligan water softener.

The products have provided good water for all aspects of our home. The osmosis system gives us very good drinking water. The annual service has been easy to book and the technician both efficient and knowledgeable.

I appreciate the service!! The technician brings the bags of salt downstairs and fills my tank. Given they are 40 lb. bags, I appreciate that. He's always friendly and helpful!! Great customer service!

We wouldn't be without a Culligan water softener in the house. There is no scum buildup on faucets, tubs, toilets, sinks. We use less laundry detergent, shampoo, dish soap and cleaning products. The salt is delivered on a regular schedule and brought into the house which is a big plus. The service people are polite, friendly and are knowledgeable about Culligan's products, and check the expiry date on the water sensor on the floor. Culligan will install and service the equipment they sell.

Good tasting water. Our delivery driver is a great guy. He had a helper once though, and the helper was rude to my father. Not cool!

Staff is very friendly and always ready to answer any concerns I would have. Salt delivery drivers are friendly and always make sure that my water softener is topped up when delivering my new bags. I will give Culligan five stars !!!!

The customer service that I had received has been incredible . In the Woodstock location Noraine was excellent and friendly dealing with myself with purchasing Culligan products . The knowledge of Noraine has made me feel comfortable I made the right decision to deal with Culligan In the Woodstock store Allison was awesome to deal with and always very friendly . The service I have had has always been top notch . Woodstock has an awesome team and love dealing with them and will continue in the future. First and foremost is the reliability of the equipment. We've been with Culligan for approximately 35 years. The only time we weren't was after a few years when we relocated to a newer home. When the existing system thar was not Culligan failed we didn't hesitate to install our current Culligan system. Finally the people are friendly and have always been able to answer my questions or concerns over the years.
