The unit we had installed has worked without any issues. The ordering and delivery of salt has been easy to set up and the delivery has been handled with a friendly service person who happily put it in the basement and even load the soft water tank if necessary.
Service on the phone and in person is always helpful and friendly. We can count on the deliveries on time, and really appreciate the bags being carried to our basement softener---and dispensed if need be. Thanks!
Have been with them for years. Have only needed servicing in the last couple and their response has always been prompt. I’ve ordered salt from them & they will take the bags downstairs for me & even put them in my tank.
After having a year of connection issues to our water softener, Allison (customer service rep) at the Culligan in Woodstock helped us get in touch with the technical support team and ensured we were contacted in a timely manner. She is also pleasant to talk to, which is nice if you are experiencing any issues or have any questions about their products. As well, the service technician Josh at the Culligan in Woodstock has come out a couple of times to help troubleshoot some issues, and he has been polite and knowledgeable. They say that Woodstock is The Friendly City, and this is definitely reflected by the Culligan employees!
It has been awesome to have the ability to check on the softener in the app and review the salt level. However, it would be ideal to not have to manually set the salt level every time salt is added. It would also be ideal to receive a notification when the salt levels are too low.
The reverse osmosis system is amazing to have, it's very convenient to have ready-to-go drinking water that is already cold. 10/10 would recommend (and have already recommended to others).
