I like my water soft and Culligan helps me keep it that way but my problem hadn’t been solved yet. I had a service call that ended up with the problem unresolved and another tech is coming tomorrow so we’ll see what he finds. The first guy was very nice and told me he found nothing wrong. That was last week. I’m still have hard water so we’ll see what happens tomorrow.

I like that the water jugs can be delivered right to our door on our schedule and the delivery guys are awesome! The only thing that disappoints me is how much the price has increased since we first signed up for the delivery service a couple of years ago. The delivery charge has almost doubled and the cost per 5-gallon jug has increased $3.
