The office staff and delivery drivers are personable and very polite. We like that they message us about upcoming deliveries and we can let them know if we need anything or if we need to skip the month for a delivery. They also email a schedule of delivery days for our office and it is nice to have that as well. We would recommend Culligan 10/10!

I highly recommend NWA Culligan! Brian Whorton and his service technician were professional and knowledgeable. I was provided with water test results, recommendations and a Culligan water system within four days.

My first system lasted 21 years. Recently Culligan installed the latest whole house filter and softening system. Setup was easy (Bud did a great job). Seems there was a warranty issue of which I was unaware. Culligan contacted me, scheduled an appointment and Robert took care of it. No hassle at all. I'm satisfied with the performance and look forward to another 20 years of reliability.
