I first started drinking Culligan water at my place of employment. I noticed I drank a lot more water at work than at home due to the great water taste at work. I knew after several months that I needed to get this water and service for my home. So having met Brian Whorton a time or two during delivery at work, I contacted Culligan who put me in touch with Brian again. I had an odd request asking him if he could get me set up at home on my lunch hour as that was the only time I had available. Sure enough he made that happen for us and the rest is great Culligan history. This past week I was home sick and unfortunately missed our driver coming by. I contacted Brian Whorton and he had our driver catch us on his return trip of his route. Nothing is ever a problem when I contact Brian, and that makes for great customer service I feel. He represents your company well and I am glad to have this home service and someone dependable who I can contact if there is an issue. But thanks to Brian Whorton no issue is ever a problem. Thank you Brian for such great customer service! We appreciate all you do to make this a wonderful experience.
I like that they bring the water to me. Wish they would bring it in the house and put it on the dispenser since I am not in good health and have trouble doing it myself. But I am not home much and they have to bring it when they are in the area. Over all I am pleased.
The ease of home delivery. We've even had a issue with our dispenser at one time, we left it out front of our door while at work and Culligan delivered a new one the next day. Everyone at Culligan is very easy to work with and very helpful.
Your Spring water is a whole lot better than what Springdale provides out of the faucet (even when filtered) we tried that some years ago. I do not remember when you bought Tawanee but -maybe it is just me- I really liked their Spring water. You can not beat your delivery service to me. It is great. Thank you, Richard
