Your delivery driver,Bryan,not only delivered the salt order, but he also alerted me to a dangerous gas smell in my basement. I called Columbia Gas after his delivery and they immediately sent a service man to diagnose the issue.He found 4 leaks in the piping system.Culligan is very fortunate to employ such a caring person!

Our culligan man is the best always mindful not to make mess on floors,and always checks the water to make sure we are having the correct amounts salt.The softner unit works wonderfully. We always have soft water even if the electric has been off, no reprogramming. Our dog even likes him,and he is very protective, but he always greets him with tail wagging. That means alot to us.we believe dogs know if people are alright to be around or not.
