Convenience of not having to check my salt levels, go buy it, haul it into the cart, from cart to car, from car to basement and into the salt bin.
Love my soft water. ONLY complaint, they (Monticello office) say they email me to notify me of an upcoming delivery, but I seldom receive it. Often times I'm not home when he shows up. Then I have to wait another month. The emails are NOT in my trash or spam folders, either. VERY frustrating. I certainly get the emails that contain my bill.
The associate that put in the softner was so nice and professional and salt was delivered with no calls to them and we got notifications couple different ways on the date and time they would arrive and i love paperless and able to pay my balance right on line. It has been an amazing experience. Thank you
Due to health issues my husband has to drink a gallon of water a day. We have the extra filtering system on our Culligan water softener, and the water is delicious and doesn’t smell like the “river water” that comes from our regular faucet!! Also, our service man is so helpful, friendly, and informative! We appreciate the office staff calling/texting when they have a question or need to notify us of something. (A REAL person)!
Quick to respond. Friendly staff and great customer service. Triple osmosis filtrations and water softener system have been a great addition to our home!
That they deliver and walk down to the basement to put the salt in the unit. I'm no longer able to do this due to age and medical issues. I like that they knock and announce themselves, then just come in. I work from home. I often times can't be interrupted to come to the door. Sometimes I don't hear them. They also backed off on the the quantity when they realized my consumption decreased after my mom died.
