I've been with Culligan to deliver the salt for my water softener for multiple years and have always been pleased with their service. I typically have the same person making the deliveries but a different person delivered it this past time. I've always received a call ahead to say that they were on their way to my home. Due to medical reasons, that call to let me know is very important, I did not receive a call this last delivery. When I made my way to the door, I saw a man just standing there, not saying anything. If he was wearing something with the company name on it, it was not showing. Typically, they park in front of my hose in the street, this time he parked in my driveway of which I can't see from my front door. I had no idea why this person was just standing on my porch and saying nothing? I had to ask him three times what he was here for, he finally just said "do you want salt?" I found it quite uncomfortable. I apologized for taking so long to get to the door and told him that a different person always had made the delivery and would call ahead, he responded with "he's on vacation". Once that was established, he brought in the salt and was polite. I also noticed that he did not put a Sanitization Pack in the softener like they always do, not sure why he didn't? All worked out, it just wasn't as good of an experience as usual.
It's the soft water ,of course that is refreshing for bathing,etc. timely matter in which a technican responded to our service , cleaned ,and adjusted.
