For the past few years I have had the pleasure of getting to know my delivery man Shawn. Shawn always ask me how I am doing and starts up a conversation with me. He always reaches out to me to see if I need water if he is in my area. Shawn is polite and a hard worker he does not waste time. He does his job and the he is on his way to his next delivery. Shawn is a valuable employee to your company. I have had other delivery men in the past and I must say they did not do your company any justice. It is because of Shawn that I am still a customer of your company.

Our driver Shawn is fantastic. When he went out for a month and Culligan West Berlin was changing ownership, things got a little confused with deliveries, but now that he's back we couldn't be happier. Such a reliable, nice man. And we have our water needs covered. I would recommend the company to anyone who asks, for the standard of service and not needing to worry about water!

I wanted to submit a response to this again, as the card led me to believe it was about the delivery I received today but the survey read more broadly. Shawn has been the regular delivery person for some time and we couldn't be happier with his service. Always prompt, dependable, professional and polite when he comes for the delivery. There, um, culligan motor Company are very, we'd never trade in for another where a company and then with them Since they started and my where the driver is excellent person is very polite and consider it and I wouldn't trade him for the world showing sean green. So he's always got a friendly smile and I enjoy talking to him it every day he helped help me with the water bottles On the you know that I'm inside my home. I guess overall I have no complaint.
