Scheduling service is easy. Service workers that come to the house are always friendly and explain what they are doing. This last visit my scheduled visit was from 8AM til 12 noon. The service man did not come to 1:30 which happens no big deal but I was told he would call 30 minutes before he got here. I never got a call

I am very pleased with our delivery service. Shawn is the best individual that we have had delivering our water and has been very reliable and dependable tech that your company has had . Before Shawn started working for your company my wife and I talked about stopping the water delivery. The other drivers before Shawn were very in consistent and never the same delivery person at all big turn around.. Shawn is very polite and consistent, He always contacts us to see if we need a water delivery before our delivery date which is very nice. If I am at home when he delivers the water he asks how my wife and I are doing and we have a nice conversation. Shawn has set it up that we are his last stop on that delivery day so we can chat as he unloads or water. As long as Shawn is our delivery man We will continue to use your service.
