Overall, the service and product are excellent. My only complaint is that it isn't intuitive on how to renew the service plan :D I have to hunt around on the website to figure out where to go. But once I find that, everything is done quickly and easily. The technician knows exactly what he is doing and does my annual service well.

With such a busy schedule, we appreciate that Culligan provides a service that we don't have to think about, they handle everything from coordinating our monthly orders through delivery. Shawn has handled our deliveries for several years and is always pleasant and arrives first thing in the morning, if we are not here by any chance, he will wait so we don't have to load the heavy bottles.
