I called the emergency service twice on Saturday the 29th 7:30am and 9am. The answering service took my information. No one ever called me back. I didn't know how to bypass the tank. The tank would not stop emptying. I had to shut off the water to my house. Eric Redrow performed the service two days later and was wonderful.

The water delivery is always on time. I like to get a text reminding me that my delivery person is coming out to deliver. I also like how he asks how many bottles I will need.
