I like the regularity of delivery. I like that the delivery man resets my timer for me. I like that he suggested unplugging my system when I am gone for the winter. I like that I was contacted when I forgot to leave my door unlocked on delivery day and a new date was scheduled.

We are senior citizens who can no longer lug the heavy bags of salt, so home delivery is convenient and necessary. Our delivery person is very reliable. On delivery days all we need to do is leave the door unlocked to the walk-in basement and he takes care of everything.
