I love the bluetooth feature that lets me check my usage and salt levels. The techs that delivered the salt are polite, friendly and efficient!

Asked if they could shorten the delivery time between their visits and they obliged. I have also asked if they could leave extra salt bags with me and they complied. Delivery personnel are always courteous and polite.

We have had success removing most CaCO3 crystals with a spin filter 140mesh, followed by a water softener that has made our water much kinder for our plumbing fixtures, skin and hair!

I call and talk to a human who sets a date to bring salt or other needs. For example, when the system broke in the freeze two winters ago, you made repairs and got things working.

Hopefully continue to improve and be available I really like your associate who comes, reviews and maintains our system. It's nice to know someone has been trained and also appreciates the opportunity Culligan has given him. Hopefully he Will be with you and grow with you.
