I enjoyed how the Sales Rep named Derek Coles explained the Culligan system is "piston-driven" versus Culligan's rival of Kinetico is "gear-driven" and that the Culligan system will last at least 20 years. Furthermore, he explained the difference between Kinetico who uses 2 re-generation tanks vs. Culligans 1 tank and there could be a possibility when using Culligan's system I could experience untreated water during re-generation. Also, he did not "bad mouth" Kinetico at all. Actually, he stated they have a great system but in his opinion, Culligan was better. I appreciate the honesty since he was complimentary of a competitor.
The technicians who installed my new Culligan system were completely professional and were the best. They asked me if it was ok to turn off the water supply as the installation would take about 30 minutes. My response was "of course you can since you are me hero of the day" harkening back to a Metallica song of which always hits the spot.
I might request a Culligan technician come back and test my water in 4-6 months to ensure the configuration is actually working as designed.
Overall, I could not be more pleased with sales and service I received from Culligan.
The delivery person was very thorough in testing the water and questions I had. I've had Culligan for over 40 years, which seems like yesterday, and have always been very satisfied with their product and service.
