Your service man was kind and efficient. I'm amazed he was able to carry 2 bags of salt in one trip. He filled the water softener to the top and left an extra bag in case it gets low again. Very good customer service.

Your rep Derek was knowledgeable and courteous. He lives nearby and understands our local water issues. He was excellent in assisting us with scheduling an appointment at a time that worked for our family. He had great follow-up skills and was very responsive! Your service tech was awesome - kind, courteous, friendly, professional, punctual, knowledgeable, thoughtful. Both men deserve a raise or at least a kudos. They're keepers. The water filter is working great, definitely meets expectations so far.
