We love our Culligan Water Softener. However, we have a concern about your program to deliver salt to your customers. Our experience with this delivery service has been awful. We did get a delivery of salt today. We were away from our home, and three bags were left in front of our home. Not a good idea if we had been gone for an extended period of time. Salt was delivered between 10:30-12:00 today. Then 6:00 PM this evening my wife received an automated call from Culligan saying that we would receive a salt delivery tomorrow. This is not the first time we received an automated call promising a delivery and no salt being delivered.
Our delivery driver Nick is fantastic. I addressed this issue with him before because we have his telephone number and have tried to call him to see if we were actually going to get a delivery as promised. However, her calls were never returned. Not real reassuring. Nick told me he was prohibited from calling the customers directly by his boss. Again, Nick is great. However, if this is a company policy it does not help keeping the customer informed. This is a service we use for convenience, and it's turned into anything but convenient. Please address this issue. Hate to be negative but this issue needs to be addressed. Thanks

When I called in to ask questions about products, Stephanie was more than helpful. She was able to explain products available and what would best fit what I needed. Amazing experience, especially when it was a topic I didnt know much about! On top of it all, the taste of bottled water is always an argument with my kids, but the Culligan bottled water has ended that! 10 out of 10 all around!
