I have 5 gallon water jugs delivered to my house every month. There have been a few times where I’ve forgotten to put out the empties on time for pick up. Every time I’ve missed pick up, I go to Brittany. I’ll bring in my empties for drop off and Brittany is quick with reconciling my account so there aren’t any billing issues. She’s always positive and thorough with her help. Brittany is an asset to the business!
