We really appreciate the convenience of the delivery service. They bring the water and we are all set up! The quality of the water itself is very good as well. We have had a couple of times that we used more water than usual and we called and within a couple of hours they brought more water.

Service is outstanding. However, the office has 15 jugs of water in the closet. This seems like too many for a staff of four people. Maybe we have the minimum number of jugs delivered each time to remain on the route. If not, we may need to have half as many deliveries made. Not sure what to do, but it seems that we have an overabundance of jugs. Just saying. The delivery person is always friendly and efficient, and we have no complaints.
