I highly recommend Culligan for any services! You have always taken the time to take my salt to the basement and fill the salt. Adam is a very nice young man and helped me on how I needed to proceed with scheduling a service call for my broken faucet.

I spoke with Crystal yesterday I had a conflict with my delivery and didnt know how to remedy the issue. We got disconnected as the phones in the office went out. She called me on her personal phone to finish our conversation. She helped calm me down and reassured me that everything would work out and it did. She scheduled me for the next day when I was going to be home and able to the the delivery man in to fill my salt tank and look at my softener to see what it was flashing.
