Good customer response. Products seem to do what they say. My water is polluted and chemically poisoned by the local water supply company, and Culligan takes out most of those pollutants.

We enjoy getting our water delivered and always on schedule. The office is accessible when we have questions and we couldn’t say that about our previous service. We can also text the driver to make a specific request before the delivery date. They seem to be very organized and we highly recommend this service.

We have had several Culligan systems in our homes throughout the years. We are sure it would have worked properly if the previous retailer and his service men knew what they were doing when installing and servicing the unit. We have had this system for over 10 years and only recently when we had it serviced out of Denison TX (tech Miguel out of the Irving office) has it actually felt like we were using soft water. He also fixed our R/O system. He was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. We are SO pleased. Brittney in the Denison office was a great help setting up our appointment. She was very friendly and professional also. Val out of the Irving office helped identify our system and provided necessary information. Thank you everyone!

Customer service at Culligan Red River is very helpful (Brittany) when you have questions or concerns. The Chlorine pump was bad at 3.5 months and replaced under warranty by Randy. Randy was very detailed in checking out the system and found that the pump was not working correctly after changing the water filter. Randy explained every step of the process when fixing it all back to working order. Learned a lot about the Culligan system. We love the under sink filtering system for drinking water!!
