The young man who has serviced us several times should be valued as an employee. He seems to have a good work ethic. Never had any complaints against the company but the last three people that have been here did not know the garage door code to get in...Last person here wasn't even due,,,had a service call earlier in month and they filled salt barrell then,,as we were out. Gentleman knew nothing that..Someone is dropping the ball as to what is going on...Needs improvement.. Mike Harris
