Sales representative showed up on time. Answered my questions. Then asked what we expected from our system. They tested our water. Then ran through various options. Highlighted options to save us money and directed our attention to the system that was a better fit for us (not the more expensive system). Overall just really pleased with the straight forward process. Plus another really nice thing is all the numbers he discussed with me were the numbers on the bill. There weren’t any surprises after the fact. Then when they came to install the system it got installed just the way they said it would.
