I've really appreciated this pick up/drop off service. Truck guys have been fantastic. One small note. In my May drop off 2 of the 5 bottles are serious leakers. I had not run into that ever before. I'm sure it happens! I have pics if you need them. Neither were usable.
They carry in the bags and carry them down stairs and put them in the softener. If I have a problem with the softener they come right out and check it. That only happens with the loss of electricity for several days .
It is so convenient. No worries for me. No salt to purchase, a representative comes out, refills the salt, ensures everything is OK and is gone. Great value for the cost.
I have been a Culligan customer since 1989….
Most my adult life, I have had soft water in my home from the time my children were babies.
We rent our unit this time around and I only wish Culligan would check with the customer when it comes to salt deliveries. I am ONLY home on Mondays during the week days. I wish our salt delivery could be scheduled for Mondays, otherwise, I have to have the salt left at my doorstep and then haul it in myself after work, AND….put the salt in the tank too.
That’s really my only complaint!!! I couldn’t live without my soft water, and I do believe that CULLIGAN IS THE BEST!!!
The water softener salts refill service is super helpful. Now we don't have to remember to go buy salts, load them in the car, haul them downstairs - it's all done for us on a regular schedule.
Water softener tank and salt bin don’t take up much space. Salt delivery is convenient and only a few times per year. Our water is noticeably softer and smells better.
We’ve had the reverse osmosis system for years. The water always taste great. We just had our filters changed and the service man was very efficient and answered all our questions.
