I appreciate having a contract that covers the maintenance of my water softener and my water purification system. I live in a very old Victorian house and the village has informed us. They’re not sure if we have lead pipes to the house. So I don’t want to drink their water. So I have the filtration system. My appliances, big and small, are in such better shape because of the water softener. I don’t have hard water stain stains on my showers and in my toilets. And I don’t have to carry the heavy bags of salt up and down my basement stairs at my age. So I very much appreciate the service.

I like not having to worry about going to the store to fill my water jugs each month. I know however many empty jugs I put out in the morning will be replaced with full ones before the end of the day. The reminder calls the night before are helpful and appreciated.
