I like not having to worry about going to the store to fill my water jugs each month. I know however many empty jugs I put out in the morning will be replaced with full ones before the end of the day. The reminder calls the night before are helpful and appreciated.

The only reservation we have is that your service prices have increased dramatically over the past two years. What’s not to like? The new water softener is working so well and the salt delivery to our home along with the driver adding the salt to the water softener is outstanding!
