The service technician, Matthew, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I now know exactly how the water system in my mom's house works and what every tank is for. He explained everything to us so we understand what the levels in each tank should be and took his time to answer every question we had. We could not have asked for a better experience.

The pellets are delivered on time on a preset schedule and they keep my water soft, leaving no ring in the tub, sink or toilet. The delivery person is friendly and carries the bags of pellets downstairs and empties them into the storage well. So grateful for this service as I can't do that myself anymore.
