We've worked with Culligan for years now, and appreciate the quality of product and service, and responsiveness. I will say that something seems to have changed in billing, and also we notice occasional delays in delivery. This doesn't seem to be the fault of customer service reps or other Culligan delivery, billing etc. staff members though. Maybe just a rough change-transition on billing systems, etc. or someone calling out on the delivery routes. Otherwise, we appreciate you!
