To what I love about the services is how easy it is to call and request for a refill of the jugs. It is easy when the delivery man comes to the office that he sets up everything. And speaking of the delivery person, the gentleman who drops off the water jugs to our office, his name is nor birch. And he is phenomenal.

We have always had great delivery persons.. but Norbert is by far the best! He is courteous and considerate and always so jovial. Always asks how everyone is and is just over all a super nice person. Hopefully Norbert will be with us a while. He knows exactly where we like everything stored and if it’s busy in our office he is so efficient and is in and out before we even know it. Hopefully it’s realized what a gem Norbert is! Thank you!
