The water treatment system is excellent, giving us delicious water with no iron or other sediment. The automatic salt delivery every 4 months is a huge blessing! Our delivery person, Norbert, was very friendly and went way beyond the call of duty, carrying 11 bags of salt all the way to the far corner of the basement, and filled the salt tank for us. We are very happy customers!

System was just installed, so no comment there yet, but the installer, Jeff Ache, was fantastic. Explained everything he was doing, answered all of our questions, the installation was done with great care even though we had a very thick stainless steel sink that needed to be drilled. Jeff was very competent, knowledgeable and personable, we will enjoy working with him in the future.
