I want to recognize Lacey Stanton in the Endicott NY branch. I called today to get help with receiving invoices . For the past 3 months when I have called the billing department I have told them I need specific invoices with certain amounts on them for my Accounts payable department. Everytime I was told they could not give me the specific invoices and also sent me invoices with the wrong amounts. Needless to say it has been very stressful calling several times per month. The company I work for was not happy I kept submitting the wrong itemized invoices. Thankfully I was told to call the local office and got Lacey on the phone today. Lacey is a true lifesaver. She instantly was able to go in and find each itemized invoice for the last 3 months. She was very professional and patient with me. I will be honest I was probably a little annoying on the phone since this is very frustrating.
I can’t thank Lacey enough for her help. Within a short time I received the right invoices and can finally make my account’s payable department happy. Lacey was kind enough to give me her direct number and I will definitely be calling her with any future invoice issues.
Culligan has a great employee. Lacey deserves a raise

Everyone I have interfaced with at Culligan is just wonderful. I can't say enough about them! I get notifications when deliveries are delayed, when we have needed a technician, Matt is just so responsive and helpful. And, Andrew, our delivery person is so good to us. He arrives just about the same time each delivery date, he toots the horn so I know he is pulling in to the driveway which allows me time to secure our watchdog. Andrew goes above and beyond.
