Hi. My name is Allene, and I'd like to take a moment to talk about Denise Pickard, the office manager at your Norristown Pa office. I was sick and sent home for a week to recover. Had NO WATER! Just 3 empty 5 gallon bottles. Needless to say, i needed water in the worst way for cooking and to make a lot of tea. Denise scheduled my delivery as she normally does, but they never came. After the second time calling to get an update, Denise said not to worry. She would deliver the water herself after work. I'm in Philadelphia. She's in Norristown. That's about a 30 min drive (maybe) on a good day, but this was on a Friday during rush hour and bad weather. Lo and behold, she pulled up later that evening with my water in the back of her car and collected the empty bottles. I couldn't believe it! She didn't have to do that. It's not every day you come across an employee who is committed to providing that level of customer service. I'll gladly remain a customer not just because of the water but because of employees like Denise who go above and beyond for the customer. Thank you Culligan! Thank you Denise!

The water quality itself is exceptional- the only thing more impressive is the customer service. Our technician, Matt, was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable…and overall such a pleasure. He went above and beyond explaining everything to me, while somehow simultaneously accommodating our dog’s demand for his attention:) Love our water and a big shout out to Matt for making our service experience today efficient and effective and equally enjoyable. I rarely post feedback but would be remiss to not acknowledge and recognize Matt specifically- he is an asset to this company, an exemplary representation of Culligan that did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Kudos!

I trust the Culligan Company. I am enrolled in the Platinum Care Plan where the water softener unit is checked every 6 months. The service team is always personable, efficient and knowledgeable. The water, amount of salt and timing mechanism is examined, and any questions are answered. The whole process is easy for me.

I've always liked the people. If we needed anything, they were friendly and helpful and quick to help us out. Whenever they deliver, they are so polite and do the job quickly and quietly and do not disturb our business. And now we have hot water!! I'm very happy about that personally.

I do not always understand my bill, It is hard to keep track of, even though it is mostly the same month from month. Deron, my delivery driver is amazing. Always taking the extra steps to make drop off and pick up breeze and literally always going the extra mile. He is not only the reason I stay with Culligan, he is also the reason I have suggested Culligan home delivery to others. A+
