Service technicians are great.
There are far too many issues with scheduling. Too many issues with the office providing the wrong information to the techs. Previous service call the tech was told service was only for filter replacement and not salt. Fortunately he had some salt in the truck or else we would have needed to schedule a 2nd service appointment.

I have been very frustrated in the last year, 2025, in getting phone calls returned and scheduling service calls and maintenance.
Messages and emails were never returned.
I’m hoping this is not how it will continue.
Thank you
I had a very positive experience with my technician named Ryan on 3/31/26 who came to my home for my service. He was very thorough and helpful and Cullligan is lucky to have him as their technician.
I have been a customer of Culligan for over 5 years. Their water softener and reverse osmosis are "best-in-class". I recently needed some service / maintenance on my system and I had the opportunity to meet with two of the technicians (Jake and Ryan). Both of them were extremely knowledgeable and they booth took their time to explain what they were doing. My system is running like it's brand new and I couldn't be happier. I also believe the company (at least this location) have gone through some changes over the past year or so and want to highlight their new general manager - Matt Day.
Nick was awesome very personable and fast and reliable. My only comment about the office itself would be that my wife had an extremely hard time trying to get an appointment to have someone come out to service our water filter. Multiple emails and calls shouldn't be necessary to schedule an follow-up appointment.
Culligan of Norristown is very efficient and professional. All of the staff are friendly and the person who delivers from salt for the water softener is very personable and caring.
Have used Culligan for bottled water, salt, filters, and 5 Gal jugs of water. We have received excellent service by the office staff and by our driver Deron for 5 years. Never an issue with the people or the product. Both first class. Highly recommend Culligan of Phila.
Culligan, basically is great. Only recommendation is to give us a calendar with their towns' delivery schedule...like they used to send us every year. Other than that, people are pleasant, friendly and efficient.
"We have been with Culligan of Philadelphia, PA for over 10 years, and for the vast majority of that time, the service has been excellent. However, this past year was quite frustrating due to several communication breakdowns that made it difficult to get clear answers.
I’m happy to say that after reaching out, some fantastic representatives stepped in and completely resolved the issues. Their professionalism and willingness to listen really turned things around. It’s a relief to be back to the high level of service we’ve come to expect after all these years. Highly recommend them for their long-term reliability and commitment to making things right."
I recently had Culligan come out to inspect my water softener's inline water filter as it had a slow leak. It was discovered that the filter housing was cracked so it needed to be replaced. Culligan came out as scheduled and replaced the leaking unit. Due to a miscommunication, the replacement inline filter wasn't the equivalent as the one that was removed and unexpectedly cost much more than anticipated. The general manager was great to work with as he lowered the invoice to reflect what the cost would have been if a comparable unit were replaced instead of the high-end unit that was installed. Additionally, after install, this new inline water filter had a very slow drip leak coming from one of the joints After reaching out to the general manager, a technician was quickly sent out to provide a repair. The new water filter is working perfectly now without any leaks - thanks Matt (Culligan GM) for making everything right as this all unfolded!
