Justin Halby did an excellent service call. He fully explained the default system in my tank. It was set in that mode after a power outage. I was not aware of how that situation can change the salt usage. So now, due to Justin's demonstration and clear instructions, I will be able to reset the tank. He was professional and friendly. He is an asset to the Culligan team.
The process was easy from beginning to end.
