I think service men should be required to test the water for softness and to test the filtered water to see if it needs a new membrane. The old timers did all of that. the service rep i had did none of that.
I appreciate the company “making it right” I had some issues with service recently. Alessandra was anxious to make it right. She remained in constant communication with me - providing updates on what she did to resolve the issue
It took some patience to get our system maintenance service but the technician was worth the wait. Professional and personable not to mention very experienced.
I have a very efficient water softener. The person delivering salt is very nice. He does his job efficiently and quickly. I have called the office and they are very helpful.
I am pleased with the water equipment and service. I would like a more organized water and salt delivery service, it seems we are always waiting and concerned that we will not get a delivery or we run out of water or salt. When your driver finally comes he is very professional and does a great job.
