My primary service provider quickly assessed customer issues and remedied an account going forward. This agent was patient with all of my questions and concerns, calmly providing results with assurance that she would offer such help with anything going forward.

Have had my softener and RO system for 25 years snd still working great. Have the maintenance done annually. Had a minor issue with a salt bridge, diagnosed by Joe, service. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and quick to help resolve my issue. Arrived on time and recommended steps to resolve the problem, which is very simple to implement. He assured me thst my system was functioning prop,just needed a salt bridge resolution. If I ever need to replace or upgrade my system, it will definitely be Culligan.

Where I live, we definitely need a water softener. The Culligan system is excellent for everything from drinking water to all of our appliances. We have had this system for 5 years.
We live a distance from the dealer but when service is requested, the dealership is prompt and on time.
After a yearly service call, one of the filter connections leaked. I called and a service call was made to my home and the issue was fixed. A few days later I received a bill in the mail for the service call. I called the Syracuse dealership and spoke with a representative. I explained the issue we were having with the system and the charge was resolved. The phone representative was friendly and courteous and addressed the issue. She took my phone number and quickly called back with a resolution to the problem to my satisfaction. I thank them for thier quick resolution.
