I love that the water is reverse osmosis for purity and I love the taste. We have very hard water in upstate NY. The driver/ delivery person is awesome- he puts the water in my garage and is very personable

I like the fact that I no longer have to buy drinking water the system works great. The assistance from Allasandra Townsend has been amazing she has been very kind and understanding and she has resolved all of our issues.
I had josh, paula deliver me salt today, and I'm laying a bed with a broken shoulder. And he delivered myself and he put it in my machine for me because he knows i can't do it because he saw me was by brace on. And I just wanna say that he went over and above customer service to make me feel good. I mean he, he, he was just a great kid, had a great spirit about him. And I just wanted someone to know or maybe give him a something for just being a you know, a great representative of you.
My husband and I are unable to handle the large bags of salt so this delivery service is essential for us. The delivery personnel have always been polite, efficient and considerate.
