They've always been very prompt and are deliveries. And also they said miss, we weren't home so they could not leave our water job this past last week, and I called and they must have got ahold of the driver. And he did come back with our water drugs and I was very, very happy for that. The gentleman had no attitude, he was very happy and I couldn't ask for more. And that driver definitely deserves 5 stars or 10 stars.

Before we got the Culligan system, I had to wear rubber gloves starting in October (or September if it got cold) to wash my dishes or my hands would crack. That stopped happening when we got the water softener. I also think it is better for my skin and hair. And the white lime build-up is now non-existent around all my faucets.
We have been customers for over 20 years. We have always been very satisfied with any contact we have had with Culligan, from customer service people, installers, and service technicians .
I have a water softener, a charcoal filter and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. They are all working well and since we have had then there has not been any major problems or concerns.
Excellent timely and on schedule Delivery on a monthly basis. Wonderful water. Polite and respectful delivery men assisting an older customer with bottle storage location.
We have been happy with the products and service from Culligan over the past several years, especially grateful for the personalized attention Greg gave us through the years.
We are, at this point in time though, not as happy with the cost of maintaining the system. I guess that's just the way of everything now.
