I would not be able to live in my home and have good water! Being in the elderly ago group I can not lift 40 lbs of salt nor handle any more than 3 gallon jugs of water. My husband figured out how to have the Culligan man put the salt on top of containers in front of the salt machine so I can cut the tops and let the salt go into the machine. My Culligan Man is prompt, efficient, he knows my needs to have good water. Thank you for your continued excellent service.

It’s wonderful! We had one time where we were not home and we did not respond to the pre delivery phone call that asks if we accept the delivery. We were charged for the trip charge! We called after we received the invoice and told them we did not respond to the pre delivery call. What is the purpose of the pre delivery call??? They delivered to our next door neighbor the same day!! The truck still had to come to deliver there water!!
