We are so happy with the product! Our water quality has radically improved! We were disappointed with the care of the install crew. They tracked mud all over the place, emptied cabinets without putting things back, and just seemed generally unaware of treating our home environment well.

The water filtration and softener systems WORK. They do the job in this area where well water is heavily iron based. It is important to remove the iron and other minerals and potential contaminants, and that’s what the Culligan systems do— very effectively. AND: The technicians who have come to my home over the past seven years have been exceptionally courteous, professional, friendly, and respectful. Those techs know what they’re doing, they set about doing it calmly and methodically, and they get the work done right — the first time. And they are kind to this old man and his two, friendly little dogs. I hope that they will be compensated well enough for them to continue doing their good work.
