We have been Culligan customers for many, many years. We have always been pleased with the phone service, in-person service, installation and repair services as well as products. Recently, we had a rust removal system put in and after a short time, had a slight issue with it. After talking with the managers at Culligan, I understood it to be a random problem that could always happen versus a problem with the actual product performance. The managers explained to me the situation and offered to make up for the inconvenience. I appreciated the time they took to explain the details to me and sort things out. We will remain faithful customers.

We like getting reminder message when you will be delivering salt so we can be prepared. We manage multiple homes and were getting delivers confused. When I made the suggestion of having the address added at first it was met with resistance. Then shortly afterwards we now receive the reminder with the date and address of which house will be receiving the delivery. To me this says a lot about a company that they listened and made a change to benefit their consumer.
