I like that the cost is inexpensive and the few times I've had to shut the softener off (well issues) I can see the huge difference it makes having this. I also appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff are when talking on the phone with them and when they are out for service calls. I would highly recommend your services to anyone with hard water. Knowing you are a phone call away from helping with our needs has given us peace of mind when we run into issues as any homeowner does.
