Service and communication was great. Joe in St. John was extremely accommodating and got us a quote right away and an appt for install within days. The technician who came to our home was polite and knowledgeable. He spent a good chunk of time explaining the system to us, maintenance etc. So far, we’ve loved having a water softener and can definitely tell the difference in water quality.

Your staff is always very friendly when they do my salt delivery. I really like that they often will fill the tank, they leave partial bags for me because they are very heavy for me to handle on my own between visits. Having a few half bags are much better to lift. It's the little things in service, but that goes a long way!
