I just bought a home in Cedar Lake and was unfamiliar with well water and intimidated by the Culligan system already in my home. A representative came and explained how everything worked, and how to change the filters myself going forward. Great customer service!
The service tech did a great job explaining our system, how it works, how to maintain, and how to troubleshoot. We now have a better understanding of our Culligan system.

LOVE your customer service. However, some of our 5 gallon bottles leak at the seal and also we’ve found a water bottle cap in one of them so that’s a little concerning
Service Rep for initial presentation was very informative. It was my first time learning about the process and the salt. Then when they came out to my home they were very thorough.
Chris was awesome. Knew right away what seemed to be the problem. He then troubleshooted a little more to make sure there were no other issues. He was done and we were charged an affordable service price.
