We have had Culligan for years and they have always been so punctual if we need help or if something has happen to our machine. We have only had one time where we thought it wasn't doing something right and they were here to check on it right away to check on it. We are very pleased with Culligan.

I like the convenience of home delivery and that there isn't a minimum on number of bags delivered. The driver is always on time, professional and friendly. He has been able to answer all of our questions and has suggested products for us. We switched from another brand of softener and another company because they would not delivery less that ten bags of salt, and we do not have a place to store that much. Culligan has answered our needs with a quality product for a reasonable price.

Our Culligan delivery guy, Jared, is friendly and professional, and based on our water usage when he swaps out our containers, he offers knowledgeable recommendations, letting us know if we should cut back on the next order or add to it. And in the few moments he's around during the delivery, he always puts a smile on our faces. Additionally, based on his recommendation, I now have a Culligan system in my own home. Thank you very much, Culligan and Jared, for providing such great service!

Uh, What I like about the services is that the joe young man, jared is always polite, courteous when he comes in. He meets any needs that I ask, he's prompt, it doesn't take him long to seal. And he maintains my privacy by coming in and out quickly which I appreciate it and he's just always has just a friendly nature about him. So I really appreciate jared and he also had another young man with him today. I did not get his name, but they both worked very well together. And both of them bringing in 12 bags, but really quick.

The water in my city has a lot of lime in it. Since I’ve had my Culligan filtration system, I don’t have any issues with lime around my faucets or toilets. My laundry doesn’t come out grey like it would if I didn’t have the system. I would definitely recommend this system.
