The RO water filter system is great. We are very happy with the quality of the water and good service. However, I wish the scheduling was more flexible. Basically, we are told we have to be available for an entire day, because Culligan has "flexible scheduling," which means the customer has no idea when you will show up. I guess our time is not valuable. We could not even get a time frame. This is really inconsiderate towards your customers.
