My only complaint with Culligan this year is when I called in January to get my salt delivery schedule for 2026 girls were not able to give it to me with the new system. I relied on this over the years so I didn't make Dr. appointments on culligan delivery days. Now I do not know when salt is going to be delivered to me this year. Plus I was NOT notified the day before or the morning of that my salt delivery was going to happen and approximately what time of the day like I have been used to.
