Scott has been out a couple of times and serviced my softener and i cannot recommend a better service tech or company. we have rented our softeners from Culigan since we built the house in 1971. Very happy with the product and the service. if you can rent your softener in your area DO SO. You wont regret it. Culligan is the best! Debbie
