Since my system was installed the local company that takes care of my unit are awesome, I get notices on salt refills whether i need them or enot, I get emailed billing receipts. So I have no complaints. The only thing that I have a request for is a review of my settings.

I have been very happy with the delivery of my water treatment supplies. The guys are always professional and helpful. I up until my most recent phone call to the office would rate my customer care as excellent. The representative I spoke with on my last call (today is July 3, 2026 for reference) must have been having a bad day? She seemed to be bothered by my call. But maybe it was my fault? It is important to always be pleasant and patient with customers. It’s just good business. But overall I would rate this service as excellent.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable sales and technician. We were informed about so many great features of having a water softener installed here on the island where the water is very hard and ruining our bathroom fixtures, appliances and so much more. We could see a huge improvement within 48 hrs of installation. Mike was a very low pressured salesman and hugely informative. Mike even showed up with Danny to assist with the installation process and Danny was very knowledgeable with install and took his time with explaining to us how to use the handy Culligan App on our phones. The installation date was pushed up at least a week since there was a rescheduled appointment. So glad we finally took the plunge and made this purchase. We should have made the addition years ago! Highly recommend this local Culligan office in Newport NC! Keep up the great work guys!
