I like that they are 5 gallon bottles instead of all the plastic in single use bottles. Delivery is a big plus, since I can't lift much. The water is completely tasteless, which is what I want. I even use it to make my own ice because ice from the house water tastes bad and makes the drink bad when the ice starts melting. Thanks.

Our local technician is great! Takes the time to explain whatever issue you're experiencing, and how to fix it. Also really good at telling you about preventive measures one can take to avoid a problem, and/or how you can avoid a service call the next time there's a problem. Always very clear on costs. Doesn't try to "sell" you on unnecessary work.
