We had a slow leak in the water heater release valve and therefore had the water pump turned off until it could be replaced When they installed the temp softener unit they left the water pump on and it leaked for a week before we could get back up Not a real problem but would have been higher level service to have noticed Otherwise very satisfied

I have used Culligan for many years. They have been extremely reliable and their prices are good. We also own an RV park on the lake. They come every fall, service the two units and winterize them to take off line till we turn the water back on in April. In April they come and put them on line, fill them with salt and check them out. They always show up on time and are courteous and efficient.
