I rated Culligan a 10 primarily because of the outstanding service provided by Brad, along with the overall customer service experience. The products are excellent, but the technician experience is what truly stood out. Brad went above and beyond the original reason for the service call. He took the time to troubleshoot additional issues we were having with our water softener and used spare parts from his truck to get us back up and running, helping us avoid what could have become a larger, long-term problem. I really appreciate Brad's willingness to do more than what was expected and his commitment to making sure the issue was fully resolved. He was patient with explaining the operation of the unit and best uses for our lifestyle in the home. He is a great representative of Culligan.
