It is so convenient to have the salt delivered and taken to the soft water machine, downstairs, as well as put into the softener machine. I cannot do this myself, so it is a great help to me and I will tell other women who also need this same help about your great service and minimal cost of the service. The Culligan team has been great. They installed our entire system in a timely manner and have provided great customer service since then. Alan was able to provide valuable training and education to us recently that has really helped us better understand system messages and how to manage them successfully.
