You sent a service man to inspect and make recommendations so solve problems I was having with equipment that Costco was representing in their store. As it turned out there service man came to look at the water softener and to replace water filters. I remember that guy calling his supervisor to get some instructions and other then replacing the filters to said my softener of ok. Your service found problems with both and showed my that the setting were wrong on the softener and also found that maintenance was needed on the filter. They were due to be changed within a week or two anyway, so I had him replace and eliminate the Alkaline filter that I thought was a mistake to get. Overall he was great! He cleaned and reset the take that the drinking water goes thru etc... I now can use my drinking water tap. Very Happy... Thank You!
