I use your service for my soft water… it is so nice that I no longer need to haul 10-12 40 pound bags of salt up and down the stairs into my basement! They deliver fill my tank and leave several additional bags for me to use later. Pricing is also good, fair! I would highly recommend their service! 👍😁

Not often am I compelled to answer these surveys. But Culligan is the exception. I want to congratulate you on your employee Dresden, who delivers salt to my home throughout the year. Wow. He is a great employee. Professional. Knowledgeable. And personable. You are to be commended. And I do hope you know what a star you have with this young man. I vote for whatever big fat bonus--even better a pay increase--you have to reward him. I can see him working for Culligan Corporate in a few years. Take a good look at him. And, meanwhile, thanks. I will be staying with Culligan.

I like the fact I get a call or msg letting me know I have a delivery of salt coming. Then the very couteous Culligan representative brings in the Salt and fills my softener. I have issues with stairs and our softener is in our basement. I love our soft water as well as Culligans great service.
