The service reminder each April. Also, the service person is prompt, can explain in language I can understand the answers to my questions, and is professional and efficient.
I appreciate that I can pay someone to deliver salt to me for my water softener. They take it down the stairs for me and I never have to worry about running out or lifting the heavy bags.
Have loved the services. But for the first time the delivery guy could not take my salt to the unit in the basement. That service is one of the reasons we bought from Culligan 9 years ago. Very disappointing and may cause us difficulties in the future.
Haven’t used your services but was very impressed with the level of professionalism of your customer service staff, particularly the field service tech to cane to answer a service call.
They work great, however its a little expensive to have a yearly service. It's also not convenient that Culligan is the only ones to be able to change out filters.
