Delivery is great!
The only issue is that we do not get the invoice at the same day as it get delivered.
It would be great if we are signing the invoice during the delivery and getting it the same day we got our delivery instead of a receipt.
Unfortunately, we can’t receive in our end based on a receipt. We do need the invoice to receive our delivery and most of the time we do not get it as fast as the receipt.
The delivery guys have been wonderful - friendly, respectful. They read the notes I put on the empty bottles as to how many full bottles to give us. They will carry the bottles into the house when I ask them to. Since Culligan Saskatoon was bought out, I am meeting new office staff. I knew the Culligan office ladies for decades. There have been some inconsistencies. The delivery guys leave the number of products I request which I appreciate. I've heard of new policies from office staff about number of products per delivery. Also, it's great to have delivery reminders. However, it would be best to receive a delivery reminder the day before a delivery. That way, I could put the empties out as soon as the reminder email comes through. Since the reminder is 2 days ahead, I have to put another reminder on my phone. We used to receive calendars each year via email. I've had to request them now. I would love if delivery would automatically start again if I've asked to skip a delivery.
