Excellent communication: phone number is answered by a PERSON (Lacey) who is courteous, friendly and efficient,; listens to customer, assesses issue and arranges prompt service. Service technician (Jeff) calls within promised time frame, and arrives on time or before. Courteous, friendly, keeps customer informed of what steps he is taking. Resolves issue and/or advises of options for next steps if necessary. Answers any and all questions. Knows what he’s doing. Nice people, good service and the personal touch is still there, which can be rare in these times.

Great service! [FIRST NAME REMOVED] does a great job. Pricing is getting out of hand and I am looking to find an alternative system that is less expensive to maintain. When I first had system installed it was about $300 for annual service. Now it is over $700 and I cannot justify the cost.

We have been Culligan customers for many years. The sales and service in our area of Northeast PA has sometimes been spotty. But we now have a Culligan office in Scranton staffed by a new manager and tech Jeff Ache. We changed out our older softener unit and installed a new whole house carbon filter to remove the exceptionally heavy amount of chlorine in our area on his advice. He went thru the water testing results very methodically with so we understood it very well, as well as the Culligan solutions to improve the water quality. The installation which Jeff did for us is the best we have ever had - cleaned up the spaghetti piping we had and the system we now have is functioning very well. In the New Year we will be installing an RO unit to lower the dissolved solids, Everything water-wise is looking up for us and we no longer have to struggle with the 5-gallon bottles. Culligan is easy-peazy to work with and Jeff was very straightforward and focused on the right solutions for our situation.
