I appreciate that when I call about a service concern, action is taken including sending out the service manager to my house to check my Culligan systems. I have renewed my service contract for another year and will continue to do so because your company shows this kind of customer service. Thanks
So far this year, we haven't had any problems, The serviceman comes out on a regular schedule & does maintenance on the unit & leaves a note on the door when he comes--it's quick, easy & efficient. I love the soft water.
