MY DRIVER GERARD WAS VERY CURTIOUS AND HE WAS VERY NICE. HE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR AND ASKED IF I WAS WANTING DELIVERY BECAUSE I HAD NO EMPTIES OUT. I HAD FORGOTTEN TO LEAVE THEM OUT BECAUSE I HAD BEEN REALLY SICK. I REALLY APPRECIATED GERARD LETTING ME KNOW THAT I HAD NO EMPTY BOTTLES OUT.
Your products are top quality and your service people are the best. We feel very confident that we will not have to worry about equipment,etc with our water. Our main concern is the florida epa and their very low standards regarding chemical contamination. Hopefully Culligan can do something about this with the state. We need protection for our drinking water.
Chris the Rep whof sold us our system provide details us with as much info he could and he even did an instant messaging chat session with my deployed spouse to ensure he was thoroughly happy and armed with enough info to make an informeden decision and choice on what system was best for us. Chris even help us weed the good and bad among all the reps stopping offering us a water filtration system. And the maintenance service on our system has been carefree no worries for me. Great customer service and support, especially for us as we had no clue about our water nor what type of system to get but now we are know ledges blessings consumers.
