JW came out, tested our water and went over our options and cost. After selecting the water softener that best fit out needs, he scheduled the install. On the install date JW came and installed the system. After the install everything was left as found it if not better. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

Thanks to Patrick for a job well done! He was professional from start to finish—loyal, committed, and dedicated to delivering excellent service. Even though I was located in another state, that didn’t hinder the process one bit. Patrick was thorough in explaining how everything would be handled.

It is always a phenomenal experience with Culligan water of the low country. They are always great about communication and when you call, it is always great customer service whenever they come out, whether it’s annual service or just to fill salt, they are always professional and nice. Putting a Culligan water system in back in 2023 when we built this house, was the best decision we made. The water taste excellent, it does not smell in the shower or when washing clothes. I highly recommend Culligan water systems of the low country.
