We built our home last year and asked Culligan to set up a whole water treatment system for us. It's been great with no problems. In fact, we have used Culligan for more than 30 years in our other homes. Their employees are professional, helpful, very nice, easy to deal with.

Chuck Hayes from the Poconos office is such a sweetheart. I live alone and I'm agoraphobic and reclusive. I don't trust people and don't like them in my home. Chuck is the exception. I feel completely safe and respected when Chuck comes to do service or maintenance. He takes time to explain what he's doing and why, and he goes over everything on my bill so i understand exactly what I'm being charged for. On my most recent service call, Chuck brought George with him. George was very respectful, compassionate and understanding. I have only 3 people in my life and i have several mental illnesses. I'm not used to being around people and i find people in general to be scary. Chuck is so kind, honest and approachable that i look forward to his service calls. George appears to be following in Chuck's footsteps and I would trust George here alone too.

Service personel are excellent. Technicians are friendly, down to earth and able to explain service processes well.Chuck and George were professional and were also kind to my dog. Chuck is my preference for a serviceman and I requested that he do my service.

Very good explained everything. This is Chuck hayes. He was the man who is here. I've known him for many years with call again. And he's always helped with everything and answered all questions. And everything has been good. He test the water. Does everything that he has to.

I like that Culligan provides reliable yearly service and takes care of everything that needs to be done. During my annual service, Chuck and George changed the filters, tested the water, checked the UV system, and made sure everything was working properly. They were both very friendly and professional. I appreciate knowing that my water system is being properly maintained and everything is working as it should.

The customer service starting with Lucille in the office to Chuck the technician providing my service is always excellent! Lucille always schedules my service appointment to my convenience. Chuck explains all testing and reasons for certain services such as filter change and adding product. Thank you for all the years of great service!
