We have been customers of Culligan's Pocono office for over 15 years. We always ask for Chuck when scheduling our yearly appointment because the man knows his stuff. Not only is he an expert at what he does, he's friendly, polite, and explains things in layman's terms. We missed him dearly while he was out with significant health issues. The young man covering for him was certainly knowledgeable and polite, but he wasn't Chuck. There's a difference between a man who does a good job and a man who can do a good job in his sleep. Chuck's experience and intuition puts him among the latter. A word must also be said for Lucille, the appointment scheduler/customer service lady. She is a delight and knows her customers. When I called to schedule our yearly check, the first words out of her mouth was to tell me the happy news Chuck was back and when he would be available. With excellent service like this, we would never go anywhere else.

I think it's extremely important to have excellent drinking water available in your house!! And Culligan is the best source to achieve this goal.... We have Culligan inspect our water system annually, and 'Chucky" is the best man to do the job..... He has checked our system for many, many years..... Thanks to Chuck, and Culligan....
