Great people to work with. Same salt delivery person every time which lets you get to know and trust them. Any questions or concerns you have are addressed quickly. In the twenty plus years we have used Culligan we had only one problem and that was taken care of quickly. The problem was the original 1976 unit was just too old to run efficiently. We had them install a new unit and no more rust stains due to old unit.
