I like the reminder regarding my drop off day. I call office to make my payment and the young ladies are always friendly and patient also whenever I have a question about my services they always have an answer and are professional and friendly at the same time. I never had bottled water service before and moving from New Mexico to Washington and setting up this service has been smooth and no problems. I have to say our delivery service person also is friendly and answers any questions we may have had in the beginning of the service and if questions now.

The extra ordinary service my delivery person gives and has been so kind to even text a message as a reminder which I really need. He will carry heavy bottles if I’m home put inside door at least. I appreciate soooo much, I’m getting older and more weak. It’s very helpful.
