Had the best carrier ever, ROB! He has been deservedly been promoted but now I have a net carrier. Rob was my carrier for many, many years. Never received a notification that there would be a new carrier on the route. Notice should have provided of a new carrier. I don’t allow just anyone entrance to our home.

Well designed unit, Salt delivery personnel very helpful. The new scheduling software is horrible - use to know exactly when salt delivery day was. Now they just show up - luckily we were home and answered the door. Would like a year out schedule again like it had been. Was a great service knowing when. Please fix.
