Delivery driver does not give a window as when he will be coming to the house to deliver salt. Leaves it by the service door without even ringing the doorbell, and we are home. We are seriously thinking of stopping the home delivery because of the inconsistance of the arrival of the product. I dont like having to wait all day for a few bags of salt and then get charged a very high price for it. I would like a window of the approx time I can expect the driver.
Service. Zach was awesome. He explained everything well, was personable, and made an effort to make a personal connection with me through conversation. A very pleasant experience where he built rapport and trust. He also didn't bash Culligan's competitors, but simply explained what Culligan offers and how it differs from other options elsewhere. He made the decision to use Culligan products and services very easy.
We have had Culligan for years. Bought a unit and had no issue with it until it blew a plug. I decided wed get a rental unit since we are getting up there in age and didnt want to deal with issues. Had problems with this one and had to call for service a few times. The last time Erin figured it out with some help. Thank goodness it is running like it should now. Thank you Erin for being persistent!
