Culligan delivers bags of salt to my home every two months and takes the bags to the basement where the water conditioning unit is located. The day before scheduled delivery I call to get an approximate delivery time frame. This works out very well considering my age. The Culligan people that I call and the delivery person are all very helpful and courteous. I am a very pleased customer.

I have used Culligan of Valpo for almost 50 years. It’s our second system which was upgraded 20 or so years ago. We have extremely hard water and the system works like a charm. Just had our second service call on it, Keith knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it within 15 min.
