You just came last week and replaced my water softener. Everything about that went fine but when the surface man came to, Ken told me if you’re looking at my system that I needed a new softener he said he’s also gonna replace the salt tank reverse osmosis and change the filtering system because it was all old and we had complained about a water several times so for that reason I feel and give being generous giving you an eight rating

I am not happy with your new delivery schedule. I waited an entire day for a delivery only to be told when I called the delivery schedule was changed for every 12 weeks to 13 weeks. My time is as important to me as it is to Culligan. This was AN ENTIRE DAY WASTE FOR SALT THAT NEVER CAME! Then had to start the wait another day.
