I say this every time. I absolutely get totally disgusted on having to block out the whole day for a delivery. Culligan is the only service that I know of that can't even tell you if it will be morning or afternoon. My schedule is generally open, but just waiting gets on my nerves. This time, I think it was 4 before he got here. It is so very aggravating!
We had a different service man this time and after he left we found our utility room flooded with water from a hose constantly dripping water. We called the emergency number and soon got a callback. The responder talked us through what had happened and apparently the service tech left the drain hose out. This caused quite a mess and took us a while to clean up, plus the stress of thinking something was very wrong. The fellow on the phone was very professional and helpful and promised to see if he could help us out on the bill end. We appreciate his efforts, but feel the deduction could have been more than $27.70.
My local Culligan office gives great, quick service whenever I've called with an issue. It's so nice to know and trust the people that are coming to my home to service my water conditioning equipment. Thank you to the Oxford office!
The technician found the problem with the tank and replaced the tank with one he had on the truck. He came prepared to solve the problem. Had the original tank since 2014.
