I appreciate the good service and the very courteous delivery men. I've never had a problem, and they do their job efficiently, leaving no mess behind. (no salt on the floor and no dirt or melted snow). I am 90 years old and having the salt carried to the basement and the tank filled is a necessity for me. Actually, I can't remember ever being able to accomplish that chore. The office people (not that I've often needed to speak to them) are always courteous and helpful. Even though my rented tank and setup is quite old (was here when we moved in in 1973), it still seems to be performing well. So, your rate a 5 star review!
