I have a water softener and reverse osmosis through Culligan, we grew up in a hard water area and it’s nice having quality water. The Valparaiso location employs amazing staff, from their office support to the field. Angel from the field team has been especially helpful with multiple issues with our unit, and understanding how our system works throughout our home. She was kind, personable, and clearly explained the thoughts and reasoning behind repairs. Angel is a valuable member of the Culligan Valparaiso team.

We have Culligan deliver salt regularly and have for several years. The driver who delivers the salt, Rob Wolter, has always been very nice and a hard worker carrying multiple bags of salt into our baselment.

I especially friendliness of Rob Wolter always has a smile very pleasant.Ask how things are with me tells me about his grandkids just all around great guy. I’m not thrilled about your billing and also do not like the way they have changed scheduling deliveries. I prefer a schedule that I can look at and see if I need to change anything if I’m away.
