Well designed unit, Salt delivery personnel very helpful. The new scheduling software is horrible - use to know exactly when salt delivery day was. Now they just show up - luckily we were home and answered the door. Would like a year out schedule again like it had been. Was a great service knowing when. Please fix.

I have a water softener and reverse osmosis through Culligan, we grew up in a hard water area and it’s nice having quality water. The Valparaiso location employs amazing staff, from their office support to the field. Angel from the field team has been especially helpful with multiple issues with our unit, and understanding how our system works throughout our home. She was kind, personable, and clearly explained the thoughts and reasoning behind repairs. Angel is a valuable member of the Culligan Valparaiso team.
