I like the service the best. I recently called for a repair and it turned out that the system was running correctly but since there was an electric outage to my home in the past month, the time was flashing. Also, I heard it run at a time it never ran before so I thought it best to check it out. I had a service repair person show up the next day first thing and he was on time. Technician knew that there wasn't anything to repair so he did maintenance on the system and reset the mechanism. I also asked if he would be so kind as to reset the time on my heating cooling thermostat (I had tried to find time on it and was frustrated!) which he did in a minute for us. That effort was over and above and so much appreciated.
I feel that Culligans of Watertown hires the best technicians and really cares about service to their clients.
We need Phil to be the president of the United States. I will stop my life to run your campaign. I sent out a quick email the minute I found a leak and I figured he’d respond in the morning. He responded within 20 minutes. I expected a call the next day to schedule a guy to fix it. By 8:20 in the morning of the next day, their service guy was done fixing it and wiping down the floor where he’d stepped, and then the stairs as he walked back down them to leave.
From beginning to end, this business is a work of art. Phil's people are incredible. The response time is insanely miraculous. Their business systems work beautifully. It just works to work with them.

After renting a unit for over 30 years they finally got me a new rental that cost half as much, takes less salt, needs no chlorine and salt refills a fewer.
Good people. Good product. Always come on the date assigned. ..and when we forgot the date, they made a special trip to resupply us before the next months regular trip…wonderful service!
