I like the service the best. I recently called for a repair and it turned out that the system was running correctly but since there was an electric outage to my home in the past month, the time was flashing. Also, I heard it run at a time it never ran before so I thought it best to check it out. I had a service repair person show up the next day first thing and he was on time. Technician knew that there wasn't anything to repair so he did maintenance on the system and reset the mechanism. I also asked if he would be so kind as to reset the time on my heating cooling thermostat (I had tried to find time on it and was frustrated!) which he did in a minute for us. That effort was over and above and so much appreciated. I feel that Culligans of Watertown hires the best technicians and really cares about service to their clients.
