We are very thankful for the excellent service we received restoring the operation of our water softener. We are especially thankful for Chad and Clayton. Chad knew precisely the cause of our water softener not functioning. He methodically went through all the many preparation steps to remove the old resin bedding and replace it with new under bedding and resin. He did an excellent job restoring our water softener system to it's normal operation. Clayton, at my request for an appointment, came to check the system's operation. He checked all the functional settings, softness of the water, and water pressure. His conclusion was that the system was working as it should. We now have soft water again. We had a problem with our system which was out of warranty. Culligan fixed the problem and and didn't charge us for the work. This is a company who values its customers, stands behind their products and are very customer oriented. If you need water service, which you do if you live in Berks county, you should give Culligan of West Reading a call. You won't be sorry
