I had a great experience with my technician Chad who came out to fix my water softener. From start to finish, he was honest, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the solution before moving forward. What really stood out was how thorough he was- he didn’t just fix the immediate issue, but also checked everything to ensure the system was running properly and wouldn’t cause problems down the line. I even felt completely comfortable allowing him to enter my home while I was at work, which really speaks to the level of trust and professionalism he demonstrated. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, integrity, and genuine care for their customers. I highly recommend Chad to anyone in need of service- you can feel confident you’re getting quality work done right the first time!

We've had a Culligan Drinking Water system 30+ years. We would not be without it due to the terrible quality of our water. We have had good service from Culligan all these years. We can always get service in a timely manner and works with our schedule. The whole house sediment filter keeps our toilet and washer clean and white. My tea and coffee taste great made with the drinking water system water and a glass of plan water tastes good!!
