We love the quality and dependability we’ve experienced for over 30 yrs with our service in 3 different houses in 2 states. When we moved and needed to move our equipment, the installers had to be so knowledgeable about so many aspects of a home. Each house is different, which means the water is delivered through the pipes in an assortment of ways. Each time they were up to the task.
They came out on the day and time they said they would. The installer called me made sure I was going to be here and the time he would be here to work. He explained everything to me and with my order he had to work with new part and he explained why and cost before he put them in. The installer was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He spent all day installing everything i needed to have the water softener to work at its highest performance.
The customer service was great. A service tech was sent immediately after we had been having issues. We got a few follow up calls to make sure everything was still working after. We also received credit on our account for the months we were having issues. Highly recommend
I gave a bad review last week. Culligan called and discussed the issue and things were resolved. The problem was with an error in Geocode of my residence provided by Google. That has happened many times over the years so this was an honest mistake. Other than this one issue which is now resolved i have had excellent srevice from Culligan.
The tech was very pleasant and answered several questions that I had about my service. His advice was appreciated. Since I was contemplating cancelling my service, his visit assured me to continue with the service although I think the raise of monthly rental should paid off by now as a tech inky needs to service my system 3 times a year rather than monthly.
