I mainly have a complaint. Our delivery person would not deliver our water a few months ago because the back door was locked. The back door has been locked for the last 5 years. They usually knock on the door and we open it right away. I guess that has stuck with me.
I was a little disappointed when he did not bring out the pressure tank with him
I pacifically asked that he would pick one up
The service call we would have been done all in one shot now he has to come back again
Will I be getting charged for that service call since he did not bring that tank out?
I like that someone professional arrives and changes the filters, checks the water - it gives me peace of mind.
I also appreciate the messages about when the service person will arrive.
