The tech that came out to our house was very friendly, very knowledgable and was able to break down the complexity of the system into language I could understand. I voiced my concerns on a previous survey and within 3 hours the general manager called me and helped my understand everything I had questions about and set up a test on the next visit to check my softener to make sure it was working properly. I have filled out a lot of surveys and never got any kind of response from several other companies. Culligan obviously has awesome customer service to call me to fix any concerns I had not only the same day, but only hours from giving my survey thoughts. I will continue using them for my RO and softener. Thanks for caring Culligan. Very few companies care anymore👍
