This is an outstanding product. Really works as advertised. The water is no longer hard, no longer is there calcium deposits on the faucets, no longer does the dishwasher and /or the wash machine work overtime to get the dishes and clothes clean. Outstanding customer service!! Great group of folks work at Culligan!!!

GREAT PRODUCT!!!!! We live in an atra WITH VERY HARD water. We had another product water softener and we could not stand the taste or smell of the water in our home. We were buying ice and water every week. With our NEW CULLIGAN Water treatment system it is a pleasure to get AND drink a glass of water straight from our tap.

Michael W did a great job educating my husband and I about our new water softener. He was quick and efficient with the removal of our old softener and installing the new one. The office staff was nice and knowledgeable when I called with questions regarding our old water softener and what the process looked like when buying a new one. Great job all around!

The service is great. One thing though. I am supposed to have 12 bottles every month. But now I am down to 8. Every time I let the office know they are dismissive and say we get back the amount we returned yet somehow 4 bottles have come up missing.
