We rent our water softener and our drinking water, which is also hooked up to our ice maker. They come every quarter to fill the salt in the softener and check our drinking water, never has there been a problem. Yearly they change the filters on reverse osmosis. Never do we need to buy plastic water bottles. Any time I needed to call their office they were courteous , helpful and friendly . I highly recommend Culligan in O’Fallon.
