I previously had Primo water, until my dispenser started leaking water. Primo has no answer service in Nevada; after about 1/2 hour on the phone, I spoke with a representative in Florida. The representative told me a new dispensor would come in 4 days. After 4 days, no dispenser, I called again and spoke to two representatives in Philippines and then one in Florida. I canceled my service, and selected your service in Reno. It’s good to be able to talk to and receive local service!!
I first used Culligan for a whater softener system in Fredericksburg Virginia in 1989! That system lasted 20+ years - so when I moved to Reno NV, and wanted/needed a water system I considered ONLY Culligan. Culligan has been in this business for a very long time and surely knows what they are doing.
Professional and respectful service. As a woman I am often assumed to be incompetent and none of your service reps have ever spoken to me as if I am. They are always respectful and talk to me like an equal and like a valued customer.
