It was a rough start when Culligan bought out Red Rock but I will say they have really strived to become a good team. Better communication and really want to excel in working together
Compact simple layout in garage for softener.
RO layout took little space. We like option of mineral boost cartridge in RO equipment. My wife is pleased with the softened water especially in shower which is reason for which we purchased your product.
The customer service is the best. From the emails as a reminder service day is coming up to the impeccable care of the drivers. Customer service is a ten!
No longer have hard water spots on dishes and shower door no ring oh calcium in my toilets most of all less cleaning time scrubbing with vinegar and the cost of buying it by the case each month.
There were some challenges with the installation, but the guys were able to get it worked out and get everything installed. They also took the time to get me setup on the app and explained everything to me.
Reliable deliveries! They come as scheduled. A receipt is promptly provided as evidence the delivery was made. And, a “heads up” email usually comes a few days before deliveries which reminds me to set empty bottles out.
You provide both deionized and spring water. I prefer deionized for drinking and cooking and certain other uses; spring water is required for Keurig coffee-making because minerals must be detected for the brewer to work properly. As a single person whose quantity needs aren’t always consistent, the unwritten understanding whereby the driver will replace water according to the empties I leave out works well. (I signify how many of each by putting bottle caps on empties). I attach a note if further information is needed.
Also, if I’m home when deliveries are made, when asked drivers are glad to place the heavy bottles directly in my 4-bottle storage rack.
And, because I opted for auto-pay of invoices there is very little I have to do in order to just use and enjoy clean, pure water!
Everything you're doing is great. First, I can talk to real people when I need an assist. You can react almost immediately, and you do. Second, delivery once per month is OK with me. Only one trip and one shuffle at the house!
