I love my Culligan water softener since the Harlingen water is so hard.
The service man who came to re-position our reverse osmosis system was very kind and understanding. I explained what changes I needed and, and he listened very carefully. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I would recommend him for any future service calls! Thank you culligan man!
The water has no taste or smell. I love that it gets delivered. I've been a Culligan customer since the 80's. I moved to Houston. The water tasted like petroleum oil. That's That's when I started using Culligan. I moved to the Valley. The water stunk, it upset my cat and dog's stomachs and killed my house plants.
I love Culligan water.
I like the water filtration system. Only bad thing is that Culligan has a terrible computer system.
It is NOT USER FRIENDLY at all. Worst customer user system that I have ever experienced.
The other Negative is that they DO NOT have an Auto-Reminder System for the Techs to go out
and Replace the filters at a Scheduled date and time. Customers have to keep tract of when was
the last time the filters were changed. Any good PC Tech should be able to fix that problem.
But, it goes back to the beginning, the Whole Computer System STINKS.
NOT USER-FRIENDLY.
