I appreciate the service since we live in a well-water property. I do feel like the steep increase in service calls is hefty and a bit challenging. This with the fact of waiting over two weeks to actually be scheduled for service is also not ideal.
What I can say about the call is that Shane (12600) was a gem to work with. He was timely, communicative and friendly. More than that, while he thought my issue would require a second appointment in order to have the parts needed, he actually thought about it after he left, came back and was able to reattach the hoses, giving me drinking water again after nearly 3 weeks without it. He was beyond five star and highly highly appreciated and recommended.
My water tastes AMAZING and the customer service is geeat. Shane is always prompt and kind and patient with my questions! I’m always happy to see him at my door and know I will be serviced with excellence.
