best customer service ever! i use culligan for business and personal and they make it so easy. when i get their emails for when delivery happens it automatically gets put into my calendar so i can have all the emptys ready for the driver and he calls when hes a couple stops away in case i miss the email. never had an issue with the water bottles and my water cooler is still running like a champ after having it for over 7 years
