I like that the water is delivered every 4 weeks. I get a reminder call. I can pay online and if there are any problems I can call and get it sorted fast. If I am away I can reschedule with no problems at all. Very professional and love the water, which is why after several years I am still getting the water. We drink nothing else!

We have the basic water softener equipment, works fine for our water. We need to have it serviced more often. Sam came out and replaced the filter, ran cycle thru, re-set recycle time, and really explained everything to me on how system works!! The BIG thing we do not like is the new bill pay system you all changed over to. It is dificult to use and pay the bill. I may be going back to paper bill which will be the only on I have!

My wife and I have been very happy with our Culligan system. We've had it for one year. Because we've never owned a system like this before, we've requested a few service calls. One service visit was for a small repair, and two other visits were to help us understand how our system actually works and how to maintain it. "Don Owen" was the last representative to visit our home. He was fantastic, and he is an asset to your company. Also, the young lady that answers phone calls in the Daytona office is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Her name is Ashley Higgins, and she is also a wonderful asset for your company. I hope Don and Ashley will be informed that they received kudos from satisfied customers!

I have been drinking Culligan water since I moved some Lake Forest Connecticut that had the best drinking water that I’ve ever tasted. So when I moved to house 25 I lived with my parents and we’re like what are we gonna do so we got Culligan so I have been drinking Culligan for 35 years now
