I previously submitted a bad review. I would like to update it. Once the new management found out about the equipment problems and the horrible past service, the manager reached out to me personally. We set up an appt. to have all the old equipment replaced with new. Once that was completed, they called to check to make sure the equipment is running correctly now and the nasty water smell is gone. I really appreciate the effort and kindness the new team has provided to correct the problem I had for several years. I am glad they took the initiative to correct the problems and cared enough to follow up. My confidence is back with this company and I think customers will be able to rely on this team at Culligan of Melbourne!

We had an aerator system installed at our home. The Technician Zack that did the installation was, very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I love that it’s a big company I trust, but my Melbourne Florida office makes it so personal. I get texts from my driver about upcoming deliveries which really helps me make sure I have the right amount of water. When I had a billing issue/autopay mix up, I fixed it with corporate. My driver called that afternoon just to make sure that everything was set and that I was assured a delivery.

I am very grateful for Culligan of Melbourne's customer service. Ever since my water purification system was installed by a another company, I asked that company to educate me about the system so I could do some basic maintenance and just understand the product. They weren't able to explain it me so I could flush the system I just bought. I asked Culligan of Melbourne to educate me and they sent out Gil who explained the big picture about the pipes and flow and then explained, demonstrated and listed out clearly the steps for maintaining my system. He ended up going over it 6 or 7 times and let me do it. He answered my many questions and requests for clarification. I am confident I can do it myself and now I understand the system. Gil was just a quality professional and I will be using them for whatever water system needs that we have. Thank you, Gil!
